What changed
0.2.12 brought S9 v2, commerce and billing paths, four-state provisioning, Hoop Registry, password and multiple second factors, management controls, and product documentation. The Linux Pod was retired while owner data was retained.
Release evidence
Tag v0.2.12, both main lines and three feeds converged on commit 007a1d0; the founding machine and first Hoop installed it with zero failed services.
Honest gaps
A release is not the same as a green journey. Final review still marked Use, Own and Leave incomplete; Portable Hoop, real commerce and the full lifecycle remain work to finish.
