Protocol Day 1
If leaving is only a promise, sovereignty is not yet a system. A protocol makes rules readable, implementable, testable and challengeable.
What happened
The Hoop Protocol project reached Day 1: main at 13c0383, tag hoop/0.1-draft.1, branch protection enabled, and public protocol sites responding.
Three distinct things
Hoop is a public common noun for conforming implementations. HoopGram makes and services Hoops. Hoop Protocol is the public rule set for identity, capability, permission, migration, recovery and exit.
Only the first day
This is a phase-one draft. A real owner identity root, independent interoperability and production conformance remain to be implemented and proven; deploy-page hashing and one ruleset permission also remain follow-up issues.
