What you buy The service, price and term are confirmed privately with each invited owner before activation. Your actual agreement controls.
Prices HoopGram is currently invite-only and prices are not publicly listed. Invited owners see and confirm the actual amount before payment. Existing agreements are unchanged.
Payment & refunds USDC on Base. On-chain transactions are irreversible by nature; for a refund, write to billing@hoopgram.com within 14 days of payment — handled case by case, refunded as equivalent USDC to the original paying address.
Sovereignty Your Hoop's data lives on your machine; we do not access it without consent. Export tooling exists; independent migration, bring-your-own hosting and deletion drills remain incomplete and require owner action.
Termination You may stop renewing at any time. If service stops, current export tooling remains available; independent restore is still unproven, so no unverified outcome is promised.
Disclaimer The service is provided "as is"; AI output is not professional advice; for outages of procured third parties (cloud providers, blockchain networks) our liability is limited to the service fees you have paid.

What we collect The email you sign in with (magic-link), and the on-chain transaction details needed for payment. Nothing else.
What we don't do hoopgram.com carries no analytics, no third-party trackers and no cookies; the only thing kept in your browser is the light-or-dark setting you chose, and it never leaves your device. We never sell or share your data.
Deletion Write to hello@hoopgram.com and we delete the account information we hold — the data on your machine was always yours alone.
