Current status: invitation testing; subscriptions are not open

Hoop is currently being tested by invitation. Paddle payments are not open. The subscription and payment descriptions on this page do not mean you can buy now; existing users follow their agreed arrangements.

Where Basic runs, and how free periods and gifts work, will be explained together before subscriptions go on sale. Installing Hoop Matrix on your own computer is still in development; no installer is available.

What we keep on hoopgram.com

• Email address The address you sign in with. Sign-in links, billing reminders and password recovery go there.
• Order and billing facts Which tier you bought, when you paid, how much, and whether a refund was made. Card numbers and payment account details are handled by Paddle and never pass through us.
• Hoop ownership and health signals Which Hoop belongs to which account; whether the machine is online, whether the last backup succeeded, whether the update completed, whether the disk is nearly full. Only those signals, no content.
• AI usage totals When you use our pooled allowance, monthly usage and spend totals per model, used for billing and to show your balance. Counters only, no conversation content; with your own key not even the counters leave your machine.
• One session cookie After sign-in your browser holds one session cookie so you stay signed in. No analytics scripts, no third-party trackers, no advertising cookies. Your light-or-dark choice stays in your browser.

What we never do

• Read your Hoop We do not read, analyse or train any model on the conversations, memory, files, mail, keys or app data on your Hoop. Backups are encrypted with a key only you hold; we cannot open them.
• Sell or share We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or build profiles.
• Train models We do not train large models, and we do not hand any user data to anyone else for training.

Who receives your data

• Paddle Once Paddle payments open, paying through Paddle will send it your email address, payment details and country for payments, invoices and tax, under its own privacy policy. Payments are currently closed.
• Machine suppliers When a machine runs under our cloud account it is supplied by Hetzner (data centres in Germany and Finland) or Alibaba Cloud (Hong Kong). The supplier sees a machine and its IP address, not your account. With your own cloud account you contract with the supplier directly.
• Model providers Whatever your AI sends to a model reaches the provider you chose and is handled under its terms. Outside China the default is a non-Chinese provider; changing provider, using your own key or switching to a local model is in Settings at any time.
• Mail Account mail is sent from our own mail server, not through a third-party marketing platform.

Your rights

• Access and export The account page shows every account fact we hold at any time; your Hoop can be exported whole.
• Deletion Deleting a Hoop and deleting the account are each done on the account page; you can also write to hello@hoopgram.com. After account deletion we keep only the billing records tax law requires Paddle to keep.
• Correction Your email address can be changed on the account page. If any other fact is wrong, write to us.
• Age The service is for people aged 16 and over.
• EU and UK users The legal basis is performance of our contract with you; you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and complaint to a supervisory authority. When your machine is in the EU, data stays in the EU unless you yourself choose a model provider outside it.
