Ownership library: read the public recipe and stated limits

You can read public values and the Proof summary now. They do not yet bind a public recipe to your own running instance.

Use /values for the owner-rights position and /proof for the public summary.
Do not read “available to read” as “your instance is audited”; an instance receipt still has to be recomputed for your account and machine.
To leave or take your Hoop with you, begin from your account's Hoop management entry; public pages do not hold your Hoop data.
