Sign in first. Once you have a Hoop, its account state is in Account; without one, begin at Buy.
- Open /login and use a sign-in method you already set up.
- After sign-in, open /account. It is the account and owned-Hoop entry, not a path into your Hoop's personal data.
- Without a Hoop, open /buy for the available minting entry. A reachable order page is not proof that VPN or a client is available.
