The sign-in page shows 502.: Do not repeatedly submit a password or code. Keep the time and page address, then retry /login later. The cause and duration of the 502 are unobserved; we will not invent one.
I pressed send for a code or sign-in link but received nothing.: Stop repeated clicks, check spam, and wait for the one valid message. If it still does not arrive, use an already-set passkey, authenticator, or recovery code. “Sent” on a page is not proof of inbox delivery. Report only time, mail domain, and browser—never a code, link, or recovery code.
My account page looks old.: Reload once. If it remains wrong, record the address, time, and a screenshot before reporting it. Do not infer account state or repeat a security action in an uncertain old page.
Why is there no VPN download?: China-device first use has not been verified and no public candidate is open. Wait for a signed candidate and follow its instructions.
